Aurion Lifecare was founded with a clear and heartfelt purpose: to fill the gap in Canberra's NDIS ecosystem where genuinely personalised, high-quality disability support was not always available. Our founders saw firsthand how transformative the right support could be — and how devastating the absence of it could feel.

We started small, with a dedicated team of passionate support workers who believed that every person with disability deserved more than a one-size-fits-all service. We built Aurion Lifecare on the foundations of respect, dignity, and a deep commitment to person-centred care.

Today, Aurion Lifecare is a growing, fully registered NDIS provider supporting participants across Canberra and the ACT. We have expanded our service offerings, grown our team of experienced professionals, and deepened our relationships with the communities we serve.
